Your video never leaves your device. All scene detection runs entirely in your browser using WebCodecs and FFmpeg WASM. When Gemini AI verification is enabled, only a small number of low-resolution frame thumbnails near detected cut points are sent — the full video file is never uploaded or transmitted.
